The IIRRM actively promotes the involvement of all clinicians and teachers in an RRM practice-based research network (PBRN). PBRN is an affiliation of practices who are devoted principally to the care of patients, but who are associated with each other for the purposes of providing data and insight into community based clinical care. For RRM this means all patients who seek restorative reproductive  care provide the ‘real life laboratory’ for improving RRM services and  better understanding outcomes.
